About
Jake Flaherty
Technical Implementation & Systems Operator. CRM/ATS workflows, customer adoption, and AI-assisted process improvement. I turn messy operations into usable systems.
[Jake's background paragraph goes here — 2–3 sentences on your operational and systems experience in staffing/recruiting. I need this from you before launch.]
How I ended up doing this
I got here the practical way: sitting inside a staffing agency's Bullhorn environment that had never been properly finished, and fixing it piece by piece while the business kept running. That work — the record cleanup, the workflow repair, the documentation, the patient conversations with people who'd given up on the system — turned out to be a repeatable skill that most agencies need and almost nobody sells.
How I work
Five working principles
- Operator first I do the work in the system, not just write recommendations about it.
- Fixed scope over open meters You should know what a project costs before it starts.
- Plain language If a recruiter can't understand the new standard in one read, the standard is wrong.
- Adoption is the deliverable A clean database nobody uses is just a tidier failure. The job isn't done until the team's habits change.
- Practical AI, sparingly I use AI tooling where it genuinely speeds up cleanup and documentation work — and nowhere it doesn't.
What I'm not
I'm not a Bullhorn employee, partner, or certified reseller — I'm an independent operator who works on your side of the table. I'm not a strategy firm, and I won't hand you a deck where a fix should be.
